RAE HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG

Great hotel in a perfect location. It¿s a one minute walk to basically everything in Jalon alor area. A block to the bars and many restaurants in the area. Including some very good breakfast spots. Staff are very nice and the rooms are spacious.

Nothing really. It¿s super quiet in the area even though it¿s so close to everything. I liked that.

Nothing inside about the hotel ... the only thing I liked was the fact that there was a convenient store nearby for bare necessities. Nothing about the hotel did I like. Did you know the toilet seat of the bathroom was broken and detached. Disgusting!

Not clean

First time staying at this hotel. For me it's okay to stay for a day or two. The location is strategic, employees also provide good service.

It's a pity for customers who have a lot of heavy bags to carry up to the room because the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The place to go to the hotel is a bit creepy because there are a lot of fake women. However, we can pretend not to see it.

Ok for 1 night. Location is at centre of down town . The room ( family deluxe) is not quiet. Found noisy. Push shower is leaking.

The noise and toilet condition

The bathroom is quite clean for the affordable hotel like this. The room cleanness also quite impressive. The room facilities and amenities such as water heater also available properly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location quite strategic. Laundry service is available with affordable price.

The noise from the next room even for small movement and when people talk at the outside room can be heard from inside. There is no lift available.

The stains on the walls, the towels given were in terrible condition, the bed had a broken leg. It was very hard to sleep.

Room looks old. Floor is shaking whenever someone walking in corridor.

Very tiny room, wifi wasn’t working, no table or chair in the room, hand shower was broken. I booked for 2 days but checked out the next day. I tried to get my refund for one day. Contacted with booking.com and property but unable to get refund. Never go to this hotel there are many other hotels in that location with less price and better quality.

only one good receptionist

THIS IS A WARNING FOR ANYONE WANTS TO STAY HERE,the place is reall dirty and NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS ,the rugs were not clean and bed ,A.C was not working and the bathroom floor was SLIPPERY which was very very UNSAFE and full of some oil ,the street where the hotel is is not clean and smells bad ,we had to leave and find another hotel that cost us almost the same amount but with a way better facilities and CLEANLINESS and a better view, also when we came back after 3 days ,we found that the key card we had did not open our room that we paid for and when checked with reception ,he stated that one of the other receptionists has recorded that we CHECKED OUT and that we lost our card knowing that there is a security deposit 50 ringgit which means we lost it ,the key card issue was solved at the same time and was given another room ,i would say that this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at ,DONT BE TRICKED BY THE PHOTOS ,THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS

The location in Bukit Bintang is must valuable factor for this hotel. The price is also affordable and reasonable specially if you plan for long stay. The cleaning services is very good compared to such hottel

The air conditioners are so old and produce unpleasant smell and noisy. Each floor has only two irons and iron board, you might need it in a critical time and discover that someone took it into his room. The receptionist will not care about you and face with a different behavior after pay for your stay or when leaving than before!

The area is close to bukit bintang centre , jalan alor street.

Aircond is very hot, need to clean the filter ourselves, but then still hot, didn't complain because late night already, and I have told the manager about the Aircond and door lock for immediate repair on the room A017 when we check out.

Staff attitude and Location is at walking distance to Twin Towers, KL Tower and some others. They also give us discount when we booked 2 more days. They provide massage chair facility as well for only 5 ringet per 15 minutes. When you come back exhausted, it’s very good facility.

Cleanness. Carpets should be changed or atleast should be clean on daily basis. Filthy carpets produces smell in corridors and rooms.

1.Staff to be complimented & also very patient & polite. When I cannot find the way in, he try to explain over the phone & even send location map by wa to me. 2. Air conditioner, bed & pillow perfect3. Free Wifi ?

1. Toilet floor slippery, must be take extra care on this2. No phone in room to make room service call 3. Carpet dirty, if no wear shoe or sock, feet dirty 4. Toilet at least must try to make some hanging rack to hang our cloth, if not have to come out to take our clothes hanging outside after bath & easy to catch cold due to air conditioning ? 5. The rack to put our necessity or cosmetic above cloth hanger next to the big mirror is too high, too short ppl sure cannot reach for it ?

no elevator

Hotel is very ok, strategic location, near access to monorail & mrt. The staff is very helpful, staff guide how to get on the monorail @ mrt to go to KLCC. Just walk to damascus shawarma, chee meng chicken rice. Will repeat staying here again.
